2026 PBO Pride Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at PBO Pride! Our vendors are a core part of our festival and we're always excited to support businesses and organizations.

Before applying, please note the following items:

• Vending for the festival is Sunday, October 18th, 2026, 11 AM - 6 PM

• We cannot accept applications from food/drink vendors. Our venue has food/drink vendors and outside vendors are not allowed.

• Selling of products that use the PBO Pride or Chatham Pride logos is strictly prohibited without express written authorization.

• Power availability for vendors is limited and most locations do not support power.

• If accepted, vendor fees are as follows:

  - Non-Profit / Government Organizations:

  --- Early Bird Registration (June 1 - September 11): $50

  --- Late Registration (September 12 - October 2): $75

  - For Profit Organization / Businesses

  --- Early Bird Registration (June 1 - September 11): $100

  --- Late Registration (September 12 - October 2): $125
